Level 1 Bank Security with Stripe
To ensure maximum protection of your financial data, our platform uses Stripe as an exclusive partner for processing all payments, including PayPal and credit cards. We do not save, store or ever have access to your card numbers.

1. Credit, Debit and Prepaid Cards
Through Stripe's secure gateway, we accept card payments from all over the world in real time and without any additional fees. The following major networks are supported:
The charge is instantaneous and the order goes into processing immediately.
2. PayPal (Processed via Stripe)
We accept PayPal payments, processed securely and quickly directly within our Stripe infrastructure. You can log into your PayPal account for a quick checkout, benefiting from buyer protection combined with Stripe's cryptographic security.
3. Digital Wallets (Smart Pay)
If you browse from a smartphone or compatible browser, our Stripe system will automatically detect your digital wallets to allow a one-click checkout, authorizing the transaction in total security via facial recognition (Face ID) or fingerprint (Touch ID).
4. Advance Bank Transfer
If you prefer traditional methods, you can pay via bank transfer. By choosing this option, the goods will be reserved and you will receive the IBAN and payment details in the order confirmation email.
- Binding reason: Always enter the Order Number in the reason for the transfer to allow us to match the payment.
- Processing times: The order will be processed and shipped only after the actual crediting of funds to our account (usually 1-2 business days).
- Deadline: The transfer must be arranged within 3 business days. Otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.
Invoicing and Tax Documents
For each order placed, MARINI TARTUFI S.R.L. issues a regular receipt or tax document. If you require an Invoice, it is strictly mandatory to request it during the checkout phase, providing the exact company details (VAT number). For tax and legal reasons, it will not be possible in any way to issue or modify the invoice after the conclusion of the order.
