Products sold by MARINI TARTUFI S.R.L.

With reference to products sold online directly by MARINI TARTUFI S.R.L., the following provisions apply:

Who can benefit from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for the consumer, understood as a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession. Therefore, you cannot exercise it if you are a professional understood as a person acting in the exercise of their business (i.e. purchases made with a VAT number).

By when you can request a withdrawal

By law, you are allowed to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days starting from:

• the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquires, physical possession of the products;
• in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract.

You are not required to provide any reason for the withdrawal request for goods eligible for return.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal (Return Form)

To exercise the right of withdrawal and start the return procedure, our Site provides a specific online form. To proceed, you must:

• Access the dedicated Return Form page on the Site.
• Carefully fill out the form by entering the exact order details that were sent to you by email at the time of purchase (we therefore invite you to carefully keep the documentation received).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication via the form before the 14-day period has expired.

Transport damage and Acceptance with Reservation

Upon delivery, the customer is required to check the integrity of the packaging. In the event of visible damage, alterations or suspicious noises (e.g. broken goods inside), it is mandatory to accept the shipment by affixing the wording "Accepted with reservation of control for damaged parcel" on the courier's device or document. Without such reservation, MARINI TARTUFI S.R.L. will not be able to claim against the courier and the return request for a product damaged during transport will be rejected.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal (Food and Perishable Products)

In strict compliance with Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply and its use is expressly excluded for the supply of:

• Food products and goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, as the characteristics and qualities of such products are subject to alteration even as a result of inappropriate post-delivery storage.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
• Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
• Sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed by the consumer after delivery.
• Digital content supplied on an intangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Return costs and consumer responsibility

The cost of returning the product will be exclusively at your expense.

The purchased products must be returned intact, unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and complete with all accessories and items present in the original packaging (e.g. cables, instruction manuals, labels, etc.).

In the event of a decrease in the value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, and in the absence of the aforementioned elements, MARINI TARTUFI S.R.L. reserves the right not to accept the return or not to fully refund the amounts paid for the purchase.

Risk and liability of the return shipment

The return shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouses, is under the complete responsibility of the customer. In the event of damage, theft or loss of the goods during the return transport, MARINI TARTUFI S.R.L. will notify the customer (to allow them to file a timely complaint against the courier chosen by them and obtain reimbursement for the value of the goods). In this event, the product (if delivered damaged) will be made available to the customer for its return and the withdrawal request will be automatically canceled, without any obligation of refund on our part.

Management of unauthorized or rejected returns

If the return does not comply with the legal requirements or these provisions (e.g. sent after 14 days, perishable product, obviously used or damaged product, absence of prior notice via the specific Return Form), the withdrawal will be rejected. The rejected product will remain at our warehouses at the customer's disposal for collection, which must take place exclusively at their expense and care. After 30 days from the notice of rejected withdrawal without the customer having collected it, MARINI TARTUFI S.R.L. reserves the right to dispose of the goods without the customer being able to make any claims.

Return of products on promotion or Bundles

In the event of a partial withdrawal of orders that benefited from discounts linked to quantity or promotional packages (e.g. 3x2 promotions, combined purchases or threshold discounts), the discount will lapse. The refund will therefore be recalculated by deducting the discount that is no longer applicable, charging the full list price for the items the customer decides to keep.

Refund Methods (Bank Transfer)

If the withdrawal is exercised in accordance with these provisions, we will proceed to refund the amount due. Please note that all refunds will be made exclusively via Bank Transfer. During the management of the file, you will be required to provide your bank details (IBAN and account holder). MARINI TARTUFI S.R.L. will withhold the refund until it has received the physical goods at its warehouses and verified their total integrity.

In the event of a total withdrawal, standard delivery costs will be refunded. If during the purchase phase you selected a different and more expensive delivery method compared to the standard one offered by the Site (e.g. Express or Insured Shipping), the additional cost difference will not be refunded.
